It is not a test for colorectal cancer or any other specific diseases. -Designed to be easier for patients, Hemoccult II SENSA elite's simplified test card, clearer Patient Instructions, and sample collection options make it easier for patients to understand and complete the test. -Hemoccult II SENSA elite has fewer diet restrictions than other fecal occult blood tests and the new diet guidelines are explained in an easy-to-read format that tell which foods and drugs the patients need to avoid and which are okay. And Hemoccult II SENSA elite incorporates easier processing for health-care professionals. -Clear, simple developing instructions with one large back flap and a single Performance Monitor® make processing and interpreting the tests easier than ever. The Hemoccult II SENSA elite test consists of two main components: 1. Hemoccult II SENSA elite Slides (Test Cards) containing guaiac paper. 2. Hemoccult SENSA Developer, a developing solution containing a stablized mixture of less than 4.2% hydrogen peroxide and 80% denatured ethyl alcohol and enhancer in an aqueous solution.
